How to select product(s) and add to Shopping Bag

Just like in a physical store, ARKIPAK provides you with a 'Shopping Bag' for you to gather anything you'd like to purchase as you browse through our product area checking out the great products on offer.

You can easily view the various colour and design options we offer, so you can pick exactly what's right for you. We even have interior designers on staff, who can help you choose the right product and colour for your needs.

Then when you're ready to purchase a product that you're looking at on screen, simply select the quantity you'd like and click 'BUY NOW'.

The quantity you specified of that item will then be added to your 'Virtual Shopping Bag', which you can continue to add to as you browse through all other products. Any items you choose will remain in your Shopping Bag where-ever else you decide to go on the ARKIPAK site.

How to view product(s) in your Shopping Bag

Keep in mind, at any time you can view what you have selected to place in your 'Shopping Bag' by simply selecting the 'View Cart' option in the main menu that's always visible at the top of the screen.

This displays a window that will show all of the items you've selected to purchase by adding to your 'Shopping Bag' - and the total Australian dollar value including GST.

You can also easily remove anything from your 'Shopping Bag' if you change your mind - just like you could in a real store. Simply 'click' on the 'Remove' button next to the item you wish to remove and it's done. Then 'click' on 'Refresh' to update the list and total price.

And of course if you'd like to add more items, just go back into the product area and continue shopping.

How to Checkout and Pay

When you're ready to 'check-out' and pay, all you have to do is select the 'View Cart' option from the main menu, select a delivery method that best suits you and then select 'Checkout'.

Once you've done that, choose the payment option that suits you and fill in all the payment details - following the instructions provided.

Your Payment Options

The easiest option for payment is to use your credit card over the internet - by filling in all details when you 'check out'. We accept two major forms of credit cards: Mastercard & Visa.

Please Note: To guarantee security - and guard against the possibility of credit card fraud - your transaction and credit card number is actually entered on a secure Payment Page that is hosted by the ANZ bank's 'ANZ eGate' service.

ARKIPAK does not record, hold or transmit any of your credit card information when you purchase using a card over the internet.

We encrypt all of your personal information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the internet, protecting against credit card fraud.

But you don't have to use your credit card over the internet, and you have the following alternative to use your credit card offline:

To order via phone simply choose the 'Phone Order' option while completing the 'Check Out' process. We'll call you and confirm that your order has been received and process your creditcard over the phone.

It's also possible to pay with via direct bank deposit, a personal cheque, a bank cheque, or money order made payable to ARKIPAK Pty. Ltd.

Just complete the checkout process via 'Phone Order', and post your cheque or money order and quote your Order Number received via email after going through checkout, to: ARKIPAK, PO Box 216, LINDFIELD. NSW 2070. Please contact us after using 'Phone Order' to receive our direct deposit details. Your order will be processed as soon as payment has cleared.

Why is it safe to shop online at ARKIPAK

We use GeoTrust, who is a highly respected and long-time established WebTrust compliant Certification Authority & the 2nd largest Certification Authority in the world.

Our secure server software provides a secure connection between you and the server, so all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address sent to and from the server will be encrypted and cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

NetRegistry provides these services to us.

Still don't like giving credit card details on the internet?

You don't have to and you have the following alternatives to use your credit card via fax or over the phone:

You can fax your order to us at +61 2 9880 9311. Please select 'Phone Order' at checkout & complete and print out the purchase order form issued during the checkout process, and fax it to us.

You can phone us on +61 2 8998 3888 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm AEST to place your order over the phone. Be sure to have all of your payment and delivery information at hand.

It's also possible to pay via direct deposit, with a personal cheque or money order made payable to ARKIPAK Pty. Ltd. via the 'Phone Order' option at checkout.

Post your cheque or money order, quoting your Order Number issued via email after checkout to: ARKIPAK, PO Box 216, LINDFIELD. NSW 2070. Contact us for our Direct Deposit details. Please keep in mind that your order cannot be processed until your payment has been cleared.

Overview of Delivery Details and Costs

We've done our best to make delivery as easy and cost effective for you as possible. Freighting costs are calculated as 10% of your subtotal order for a cart under $2,500, and a flat rate fee of $250 for subtotal purchases over $2,500.00. Freighting costs are subject to GST.

Please note the delivery times are calculated on business days (Monday - Friday).

How are my purchases delivered?

ARKIPAK arranges delivery of your purchases using various couriers, at the time of dispatch we usually advise you of the carrier and consignment number, for your convience.

Where should my purchase be delivered to?

Please specify in the check out pages whether your shipping address and billing address are different. We can ship your purchases wherever you like, however please ensure the billing address is your own.

When will my purchase arrive?

You should allow 7-21 working days for Standard delivery of your purchases. This varies depending upon the type of product and quantity you have selected, time of purchase and your delivery address.

If you have ordered a custom branded product, delivery is between 2-3 weeks after the artwork is approved, unless stated differently in the products detail page.
